A WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM CST THIS  MORNING. THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 6 AM CST EARLY THIS 
MORNING.

There will be very cold wind chills expected, as low as 35 below zero. 
This affects portions of central, north central and northwest 
Minnesota. 
 
 
The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite 
on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
