A winter and wind advisory has been issued and will remain in effect until 3 am December 16th. This will affect portions of west central MN. Expect dense fog this morning. Gusty winds up to 35 mph could blow around unsecured items later in the morning and will last through the day. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Travel will be difficult cumulated with dense fog. Plan on slippery roads tonight and patchy blowing snow. Wind gusts predicted up to 60 mph.
