Charges have been filed against the Hennepin county sheriff. David Paul Hutchinson was traveling on I 94 when he was in a DWI related  crash in his sheriff vehicle. He was hospitalized with serious injuries and has put out a statement taking full responsibility for his actions. He’s facing 4 misdemeanors after his BAC was a .13.
