Two people were injured Tuesday night following a crash in Otter Tail County near Perham.  According to the Minnesota State Patrol, an equinox driven by Sophie Kirby, 28, of Dent  and a van, driven by David Cox, 64, of Lake Park, were driving in opposite directions when they collided on Highway 78.

Kirby along with a 12-year-old male passenger were both injured and taken to the Perham Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
