Alexandria Response Fund Activated After Weekend Storms Bring Major Damage to Area
May 31st, 2022 Alexandria, Minn. – The Alexandria Area Community Foundation (AACF) announced today that they have activated the Alexandria Response Fund to help those who were affected by the May 12th storm and this past weekend’s severe weather. If you are interested in making a gift via credit card to the fund, you can visit www.communitygiving.org/donate and select “Alexandria Response Fund” from the dropdown menu or checks can be sent to AACF c/o CommunityGiving 101 7th Ave S., Suite 100 Saint Cloud, MN 56301. Please specify Alexandria Response Fund on the memo line. The AACF will work with local agencies to disseminate charitable funds and assist those affected via these partnerships.
A.J. Koewler, Executive Director of the AACF, stated, “Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by these terrible storms. The community is ready to help our neighbors as they recover from the devastation and start to rebuild.”
The Alexandria Area Community Foundation (AACF) attracts and administers charitable funds for the benefit of the local Alexandria area.
