Stolen Car from Alexandria Found in Minneapolis with A Baby Inside

A car stolen in Alexandria was found in Minneapolis with a baby inside. According to authorities they rescued the hypothermic baby found in the abandoned stolen car around 8:10 am on Tuesday, December 27th. The baby boy was not in a car seat or dressed for the cold weather and is being treated for non  life threatening injuries. Police say the keys had been left in the vehicle when it was stolen from a 60 year old woman who lives just outside of Nelson . Investigators have located the baby’s mother, but have not stated why the child was in the car.
