President Trump took on Minnesota politicians at his ‘Keep America Great’ rally Thursday night in Minneapolis.Trump talked about the Democratic mayor of Minneapolis Jacob Frey, calling him “rotten”, and U. S. Representative Ilhan Omar, questioning how she was ever elected in the first place.
At his rally just now, Trump called me an “America-hating socialist” and a “disgrace.” He shouted xenophobic conspiracy theories about me. He scolded my district for voting for me.

He went on to say that Omar is one of the big reasons why Trump and Republicans will win Minnesota in 2020. In response to the President’s comments Omar tweeted that Trump’s hate is no match for our movement. According to the Minneapolis Police Department no arrests or injuries were reported at the accompanying protest.
