While the CMA’s may be the Super Bowl of country music award shows, we can still have a good time picking this year’s winners of the ACM’s… Here we go!
Many of these categories eat at me because I don’t know that I agree with the nominations, but… let the guessing begin.
Album of the year

MY WINNER: If I’m going with my heart, I go Kane just because I think it would mean the world to him because of getting snubbed for previous award nominations, but my head says: Chris Stapelton
Single of the Year

“The Bones” – Maren Morris
MY WINNER: If The Bones hadn’t cleaned up at the CMAs I might have went with Maren, but I’m going with Miranda Lambert. Finally a song that isn’t a woe is me/heartbreak song from her. I’ve never been a Miranda superfan, but I could get use to songs like Bluebird.

MY WINNER: Lady A had a great year, and maybe they pull an upset, but I think it’s still Old Dominion’s to lose.

MY WINNER: Dan + Shay running away… Unless they want to promote awareness and inclusiveness, then John and TJ Osborne may pull the upset.

MY WINNER: I think it’s a 2-woman race. Maren or Miranda… How Carrie isn’t even nominated after splitting EOY with Thomas Rhett last year is garbage, but I digress. ACM’s don’t mind publicity, I’ll go with Maren Morris.
