A Parkers Prairie Man has been sentenced on a felony sex charge. 33 year old Zachary Levi Wittmer was convicted of 1 count of 2nd degree sexual conduct. His victim was under the age of 13. He will undergo a psychological examination and assessment, along with a long list of stringent requirements. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and  25 years of probation.
