(Alexandria, MN)  It has been many months since Douglas County did not record a single new positive COVID-19 case.  Wednesday the Minnesota Department of Health reported no new cases in Douglas, as well as Pope, Grant, Stevens, Todd and Otter Tail counties.  Stearns County had 9 new cases.  Douglas had showed single digit cases for more than a week.  There have been no deaths connected to the virus in Douglas County in the past 20 days.
