Local McDonald’s Launch Annual Shamrock Campaign
Promotion Benefits Ronald McDonald House Charities, Upper Midwest
From March 6th to 16th, local McDonald’s owner/operators Kevin Cook and Kevin Cook, Jr. will donate $.25 from the sale of Shamrock Shakes and OREO Shamrock McFlurry’s to Ronald McDonald House Charities, Upper Midwest (RMHC-UM). Every year, this promotion raises more than $50,000 for RMHC-UM, enabling them to offer complimentary lodging, meals, and support to families dealing with a child’s health crisis. The organization serves families from across the Upper Midwest as well around the country who travel to Minnesota seeking the best medical care for their child.

Kris & Chelsea spoke with RMHC mom, Kelly Pederson, who continues to utilize the facilities as her young 15 month old daughter, Lacie, undergoes multiple heart surgeries.
