A man was arrested in connection with the theft of an ATV from Ollie’s Service in Alexandria. The Alexandria Police Department reported that a suspect cut through the fencing overnight and  left with numerous tools, store items and a 2014 ATV. Employees found the items on an online sales site, and detectives were able to make contact with the seller. Scott Jacobson, 45 of St. Cloud, was arrested in connection to the case. All items were recovered. Jacobson is currently in custody at the Douglas County Jail awaiting a court appearance.
