The Alexandria Police Department is notifying the community of a Level 3 Sex Offender to be placed  in Alexandria upon his release. The release date is 7/14/2022.  The Alexandria Police Chief, Scott Kent, will be available for questions and discussion regarding this placement on Thursday, July 14th between 12pm-1:30pm at city hall, 704 Broadway St., Alexandria, MN.  Attached is the public notification with information regarding George Hecker.
