An Assistant Alexandria Area HS FB coach is no longer coaching for Alexandria Public Schools. A complaint was made Wed Aug 31st against Kevin Engebretson who has coached for the last 7 years. As of September 1st, he was removed as a coach. Charges may be pending and he and the school district are fully cooperating with the investigation. Because of student privacy, details have not been released. Superintendent Rick Sanstead did send an email, September 15th, to parents encouraging them to talk to their child regarding their experience with Mr. Engebretson.
