Alexandria, MN – A fire was quickly extinguished thanks to the quick action of employees. The fire department responded to a fire at Ferguson Brothers Excavating on County Rd 82 Friday, January 21st. They believe the fire started in a garage door opener and spread to the attic area. Employees used a fire extinguisher and the department finished the rest. 

No one was injured and there was only minimal damage.
